Description

You will guide and mentor multiple teams using Agile and Scrum best practices to increase organizational maturity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and participate in design sessions.
• Remove impediments and resolve team conflicts to maintain workflow.
• Support Product Owners with backlog grooming and maintenance to maximize ROI.
• Coach teams in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Improve transparency through internal and external communication and information radiation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Active Scrum Master certification.
• Proficiency with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to apply servant leadership principles.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience identifying and building KPIs to measure program performance.
• Ability to create and maintain product timelines, status reports, and communication plans.
