Description

You will facilitate Agile processes and drive continuous improvement for assigned development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach team members through one-on-one sessions and mediate conflicts or impediments to ensure delivery.
• Support product owners and project leaders with release planning and identifying decisions impacting delivery.
• Foster team self-organization and encourage the adoption of Agile practices.
• Manage stakeholder communication and assist the team in reporting progress to management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Deep expertise in Agile software development and Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Ability to facilitate change and support organizational Agile maturity.
• Experience managing team dynamics and resolving productivity issues.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience preparing presentations for project stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating team building activities.
