Description

Guide multiple teams using Agile and Scrum best practices to increase organizational maturity.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, participate in design sessions, and remove impediments. Resolve team conflicts to maintain workflow and support Product Owners with backlog grooming to maximize ROI. Coach teams in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, improving transparency through effective communication.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Active Scrum Master certification.
• Proficiency with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to apply servant leadership principles.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience identifying and building KPIs to measure program performance.
• Ability to create and maintain product timelines and status reports.
