Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage delivery for teams working in Java Microservices and API environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to maintain velocity and time management.
• Plan iterations by calculating team capacity against availability, including PTO and organizational obligations.
• Identify and proactively remove current and potential impediments through active risk management and mitigation.
• Coordinate with dependent teams to manage cross-team dependencies during iterations or PI planning.
• Provide weekly status updates to leadership that communicate business value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
• Scrum Master certification (SAFe or Scrum Alliance).
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and XP frameworks.
• Experience working with Java Microservices and API environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, JiraAlign, and Confluence.
• Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and PI Planning.
• Experience developing service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or another technical field.
