Description

You will manage multiple Scrum teams to drive performance and continuous improvement.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead core Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple distributed teams.
• Manage user stories, tasks, and sprint progress using Jira.
• Maintain team documentation and knowledge bases within Confluence.
• Oversee test management processes and reporting using qTest.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Agile teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and qTest.
• Experience leading and influencing teams in a distributed environment.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to promote Agile best practices and principles.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on delivery goals.
• Proven track record of identifying and removing impediments to team progress.
