Description

You will guide team delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile principles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and established best practices.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth delivery.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritization, and ensuring user stories meet Definition of Ready.
• Track and report key metrics including velocity, sprint progress, and burn-down charts.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodologies and deep understanding of Agile Principles.
• Experience supporting Product Owner functions.
• Ability to drive risk management and conflict resolution.
• Experience promoting Agile transformation initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Ability to track and interpret delivery metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with backlog refinement techniques.
