Description

You will facilitate agile processes and coach the team to increase productivity and scrum maturity.

Responsibilities

• Coach the Scrum Team and organization on agile values, principles, and self-organization.
• Assess scrum maturity levels and implement sustainable improvements to team practices.
• Remove impediments by identifying necessary personnel or resources to clear blockers.
• Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and transparent internal/external communication.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong servant leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams and facilitate discussions without coercion.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for radiating information and improving transparency.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
