Description

You will facilitate agile delivery and coach development teams to improve processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track and report agile metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress.
• Define and maintain Scrum artifacts, specifically the Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR).
• Administer agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Miro, and Zoho.
• Coach development teams, product owners, and stakeholders on agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement improvements for team dynamics, processes, and delivery pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role.
• Background in software engineering to engage effectively with technical teams.
• Hands-on experience managing Jira, Miro, and Zoho.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• CSM or PSM certification.
• Experience in scaled agile environments like SAFe or LeSS.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.
