Description

You will drive the execution of agile processes as a Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings, ensuring full team engagement.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members on core agile principles and Scrum best practices.
• Manage projects using Jira boards or Kanban, maintaining dashboards for stakeholder reporting.
• Facilitate Scrum events including Roadmap Planning, Release Planning, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments for the Scrum team and align priorities across partner teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile software development environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in coaching and developing agile capabilities within a team.
• Ability to effectively communicate issues, strategy, and risk to all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working with Product Owner responsibilities.
