Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage sprint progress for distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure team alignment.
• Manage and track sprint progress in Azure DevOps, maintaining user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, and bugs.
• Monitor team velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments, escalate risks proactively, and coordinate cross-team dependencies and PI planning.
• Support release planning, production deployment coordination, and reporting via WSR and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, sprint metrics, and tracking methodologies.
• Experience managing distributed/global teams with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven track record in release planning and dependency management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAFe framework and experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) programs.
• Familiarity with data/BI tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe SM).
