Description

You will lead Agile teams to deliver high-quality software products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management to ensure value delivery each sprint.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and best practices.
• Track project progress using burndown charts and other Agile metrics.

Required Skills

• 10-14 years of experience as a Scrum Master managing Agile teams.
• Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Expertise in Sprint Planning and backlog management.
• Proven ability in team facilitation and leading cross-functional teams.
• Solid grasp of Agile metrics and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
