Description

You will drive agile execution and remove impediments for the development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scrums, sprint reviews, planning meetings, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Scrum best practices and agile principles.
• Manage projects using Jira and Confluence, maintaining dashboards for stakeholders.
• Facilitate Roadmap and Release Planning sessions.
• Align priorities across partner teams and communicate risks to all organizational levels.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Experience coaching and developing agile capabilities within teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate strategy and issues effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Product Owner responsibilities.
