Description

You will facilitate Agile frameworks to improve development process effectiveness and team delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Scrum values and principles to drive adoption.
• Remove blockers and impediments for the development team.
• Partner with the product owner to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Generate Agile metrics and project reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Familiarity with the complete software development lifecycle.
• Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree (2.1 or above) in Math, Science, or Engineering.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
