You will manage agile delivery for complex projects as a servant leader.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile and Scrum ceremonies independently.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain team harmony.
• Plan and track work across sprints, managing dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and RTE/GSM to align execution with business priorities.
• Track team metrics to guide maturity levels and report progress.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Hands-on experience managing Scrum and Kanban boards.
• Proficiency in Jira, including writing JQL for custom reporting.
• Working knowledge of DevOps models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LEAN, SAFe, or coaching teams.
• Background in Telecom or Telstra environments.
