Description

Facilitate Agile practices and guide teams in adopting Scrum principles to deliver high-quality products on time.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily stand-ups, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to the framework.
• Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress and collaboration.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog.
• Track and report progress using Agile metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
• Experience in IT, software development, or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
