Description

Facilitate agile processes for automotive infotainment software development and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan incoming work into releases and sprints to maintain steady development cycles.
• Host daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and train team members on agile processes and methodologies.
• Facilitate the elimination of blockers to ensure smooth team workflows.
• Interact with project leads, engineering leads, and product owners to manage backlogs and project plans.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software management.
• At least 5 years of experience leading teams of 5 or more members.
• Project management and software management capabilities.
• Experience communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Project management certification such as CSM or PMP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
