Description

You will facilitate agile delivery within a large-scale enterprise environment, ensuring teams meet scope, timelines, and quality goals. You must be local to the Cincinnati, OH area.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies to drive team productivity and engagement.
• Remove impediments and facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with Product Owners and participate in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate activities across the program.
• Coach and mentor the team to build a trusting environment focused on problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale enterprise settings.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teams toward high performance.
• Experience communicating agile methodologies to all levels of an organization.
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong interpersonal skills for productive conflict resolution.
• Any graduate degree.
