Description

You will serve as a servant leader and coach for cross-functional agile teams within Security, Data, and Networking domains during cloud transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, including iteration planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and distractions to ensure the team meets commitments and delivers quality results.
• Coach teams toward higher maturity and self-organization through intentional inspect and adapt cycles.
• Partner with Product Owners and participate in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate activities across the program.
• Manage scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to agile SDLC tenets and working agreements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within a complex, large-scale enterprise.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in previous agile roles such as development, quality assurance, product owner, or agile coach.
• Ability to learn current environments and practices before proposing transitions to new ways of working.
• Strong communication skills for facilitating decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work in-office in Blue Ash, OH, 2-3 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Security, Data, or Networking domains.
