You will facilitate agile delivery and coach teams within a large-scale enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies, including iteration planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and distractions to ensure the team meets commitments.
• Coach the team toward higher levels of maturity and self-organization at a sustainable pace.
• Partner with Product Owners and participate in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate cross-program activities.
• Facilitate data-driven inspect and adapt cycles to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles within complex, large-scale enterprises.
• Proven experience in agile environments through roles such as development, QA, Product Owner, or Agile Coach.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies and values.
• Ability to manage multiple agile teams and balance requirements between PMO, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams to reach their potential.
• High-level understanding of technical issues to effectively communicate agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work in-office in Blue Ash, OH, 2-3 days per week.
