You guide teams using Agile methodology principles to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and support Scrum teams to adhere to Agile values and practices.
• Determine and manage team tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Schedule and facilitate Scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Provide administrative support for Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Experience supporting Jira and Confluence platforms.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
