Description

Lead agile delivery and project management for trading and investment systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and coaching sessions for technical teams.
• Manage project workflows and resolve conflicts within the development lifecycle.
• Support the delivery of IT projects specifically focused on trading and investment systems.
• Coordinate project timelines and communications across stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience dedicated as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Strong Project Management background (PM experience preferred over BA experience).
• 3+ years of experience within the asset management or financial services industry.
• 2+ years of recent experience working on Trading projects.
• Knowledge of Charles River or CRIMS.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Proven skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and team coaching.
