Description

You will facilitate Scrum processes and drive continuous improvement across the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve blockers to ensure steady team progress and shield the team from external distractions.
• Coach team members on Agile principles to foster self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization tasks.
• Ensure strict adherence to Scrum principles, values, and practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to support Product Owners in backlog refinement.
• Experience facilitating all core Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong track record of impediment removal and team coaching.
• Any Graduate degree.
