Responsibilities

• Facilitate team meetings, discussions, and training activities.
• Manage and mentor development teams to improve delivery velocity.

• Present ideas and solve problems within the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working on software development teams.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks and practices.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate group discussions and lead training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft computer applications.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
