Description

You will guide multiple teams in adopting Agile principles and removing impediments to deliver product increments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile practices (Scrum or Kanban) across multiple teams, managing workflows and planning sessions.
• Remove team impediments, resolve conflicts, and anticipate risks with mitigation strategies.
• Enable teams to achieve objectives and KPIs by guiding the delivery of product increments.
• Identify opportunities to improve Agile performance, focusing on customer value and quality.
• Facilitate open communication among team members and stakeholders to promote positive dynamics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
• Proven ability to apply Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Strong proficiency in the Agile mindset, embodying openness, courage, and commitment.
• Experience in project management to guide team work toward specific goals.
• Ability to influence leaders across all levels without relying on traditional hierarchy.
• Expertise in collaboration within cross-functional, multi-team environments.
• Proven skill in continuous improvement and sharing team learning.
• Strong communication skills, adjusting concepts for various target audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of tenure in previous Scrum Master roles.
