Lead Agile practices across multiple teams to drive delivery and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum or Kanban practices for multiple teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Guide teams in delivering product increments while tracking progress toward objectives, KPIs, and commitments.
• Remove team-level impediments, resolve conflicts, and identify risks with recommended mitigations.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, values, and behaviors to increase overall maturity.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
• Expertise in applying Agile principles, values, and patterns.
• Experience managing workflows through visualization and limiting work in progress.
• Ability to facilitate various ceremonies including short, mid, and long-range planning.
• Experience delivering multiple epics, releases, and versions.
• Proficiency in using burndown charts and other Agile metrics.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
