You will facilitate the application of Agile practices across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application of Agile practices (Scrum or Kanban) for multiple teams, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Remove team-level impediments and resolve conflicts, anticipating risks and recommending mitigation.
• Enable team progress toward objectives and guide the delivery of required product increments.
• Identify opportunities to improve team-level Agile performance, focusing on customer value and quality.
• Facilitate open communication between team members and stakeholders while promoting positive team dynamics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
• Proficiency in Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Experience applying patterns like burndown tracking and facilitating retrospectives.
• Ability to influence leaders across all levels without traditional hierarchy.
• Expertise in cross-functional, multi-team collaboration.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and sharing team learning.
• Strong servant leadership skills to empower team members.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
