Description

Facilitate Agile practices across multiple teams to drive product delivery and continuous improvement.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives for multiple teams.
• Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and anticipate risks to keep teams on track.
• Enable team progress toward objectives and guide the delivery of product increments.
• Identify opportunities to improve Agile performance, focusing on customer value and quality.
• Facilitate open communication between team members and stakeholders while promoting positive dynamics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
• Deep proficiency in Agile principles, values, and practices (Scrum or Kanban).
• Experience applying patterns like burndown tracking and facilitating retrospectives.
• Ability to influence leaders across all levels without traditional hierarchy.
• Expertise in cross-functional, multi-team collaboration.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and sharing team learning.
• Strong servant leadership skills to empower team members.
