You will guide multiple Agile teams through their delivery cycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI planning, sprint planning, and team sizing to meet objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
• Track and report project progress, budget, scope, and schedule.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to perform impact analysis and prioritization.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team culture.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience leading Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
