Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to drive alignment and idea generation.
• Remove blocking issues and coordinate with other teams to ensure focus on delivery goals.
• Curate coaching content to guide teams on agile practices including user stories and story mapping.
• Establish information radiators to create transparency into team workflows.
• Design and maintain internal controls to mitigate risk and adhere to regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience applying agile practices in software development.
• Deep knowledge of Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Practical experience with Continuous Integration and Pairing techniques.
• Proficiency in using Information Radiators to visualize workflow and status.
• Ability to facilitate effective team meetings for problem-solving and alignment.
• Understanding of risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with Agile Leaders to scale agile effectiveness.
