Description

You will serve as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst supporting a large cloud-based data warehouse within the capital markets domain.

Responsibilities

• Manage scrum teams by facilitating sprint planning, daily scrums, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and burn down tracking.
• Maintain RAID logs and convey project status reports to the project team.
• Balance PMO milestones with scrum activities by assessing team velocity, blockers, and conflicts.
• Coach and mentor teams in agile best practices, including Kanban and Scrum.
• Shield the team from outside distractions and manage environmental requirements for projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and documentation processes.
• Strong financial background with knowledge of Derivatives, Cash, Finance, and Banking products.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian suite, specifically JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Snowflake, Python, and ETL/ELT processing.
• Familiarity with common development practices and the SDLC.
• Ability to manage PMO requirements and multitask several ongoing issues.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proven ability to assess priority and make effective decisions under pressure.
