Description

You will act as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst to design, develop, and implement solutions leveraging data assets throughout the full systems development lifecycle (SDLCM).

Responsibilities

• Drive Scrum Master responsibilities including coordinating sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Manage the development team backlog, work prioritization, and tracking using Asana.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to maintain the backlog and ensure high-value work is prioritized.
• Facilitate daily collaboration to remove impediments, reduce risk, and promote Agile values and practices.
• Create, manage, and publish team metrics and reporting from Asana while supporting team KPIs and goals.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, ideally for a software development team.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and modeling.
• Proficiency with SDLCM processes.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, Tableau, and Power BI for data visualization and insights.
• Experience managing backlogs and tasks within Asana.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data.
• Certified Scrum Master training and knowledge of conflict management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
