Description

You will act as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst to facilitate agile delivery and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate standard ceremonies including backlog preparation, iteration planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure work requests are properly articulated, prioritized, and detailed.
• Remove obstacles and resolve blocked or stalled stories to help the team meet stated goals.
• Coach team members on agile processes and ensure the scrum framework aligns with corporate standards.
• Drive continuous process improvement through feedback loops, coaching, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience working with agile and lean methodologies.
• Deep competence in the Scrum framework, user stories, and estimation techniques.
• Proven experience in Business Analyst roles.
• Proficiency in release, iteration, and daily planning.
• Ability to track and analyze backlog metrics, burn down charts, velocity, and task definition.
• Strong negotiation, listening, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to teach and influence others.
