Description

You will guide agile teams through a multi-year global transformation program to optimize delivery processes and team performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate iteration and sprint planning meetings to develop user stories toward an MVP while preventing scope creep and over-commitment.
• Lead sprint reviews and retrospectives to capture stakeholder feedback and implement process improvements.
• Manage Jira scrum boards to ensure issue accuracy and smooth workflow administration.
• Analyze burndown charts and planning tools to monitor progress and cadence.
• Coach and mentor team members while resolving disagreements regarding work styles and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum or Iteration Master in Scrum and Kanban environments.
• Proven experience contributing to PI Planning and Quarterly Planning events.
• Proficiency with Atlassian products, specifically Jira Software and Confluence.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, ranging from individual team members to C-suite executives.
• Experience in software development and project management.
• Hands-on experience providing Agile training.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• SSM or CSM certification.

• Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies.
