Lead large-scale transformation programs involving business process, organizational change, and multiple technology components.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs leveraging Agile or SAFe frameworks.
• Manage complex changes across business processes and organizational structures.
• Coordinate multiple large-scale technology components within transformation initiatives.
• Drive Agile adoption across various teams and departments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• 5+ years of experience building data platforms and solutions.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
