Description

Own the Agile process for an assigned product team, coaching members on Lean and Scrum methodologies to improve productivity, predictability, and transparency. Facilitate cross-team alignment events and resolve complex impediments by escalating issues to management. Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering leads throughout the development lifecycle, providing input on resourcing and bottlenecks. Ensure teams adopt appropriate quality processes, such as pair programming and automated test coverage. Collect and communicate performance metrics to identify leading indicators of challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coach the team on Lean and Agile principles to enhance delivery sustainability and transparency.
  • Facilitate cross-team feature alignment and planning events to ensure readiness.
  • Escalate and track complex, cross-team impediments to management for resolution.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams through all technology and process development steps.
  • Measure and communicate the outcomes of productivity improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Agile project management or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master for assigned teams.
  • Strong understanding of Lean methodology benefits, including risk reduction and enhanced delivery.
  • Ability to consult with Product Owners on Agile practices and process improvements.
  • Experience facilitating cross-team planning and alignment events.
  • Proficiency in collecting and interpreting team performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent extensive experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience driving innovation and focusing on execution in a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of building partnerships and acting with integrity.
