Key Responsibilities  

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement • Drive end-to-end delivery flow and ensure timely completion of sprint commitments • Identify and remove impediments across teams, vendors, and compliance processes • Track and report flow metrics such as lead time, WIP, defect escape, and SLO burn • Coach the team on Agile best practices, engineering hygiene, and BizDevOps adoption • Coordinate with stakeholders to align on delivery priorities and dependencies • Ensure adherence to change management and audit requirements in a regulated environment • Support delivery coordination during migration, parallel-run, and cutover activities Skill Requirements   • CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in financial services • Strong experience managing regulated environments and audit-controlled delivery • Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and unblock execution challenges Other Requirements   • Experience in mainframe-to-cloud migration programs • Familiarity with parallel-run governance and cutover planning • Exposure to payments domain and real-time systems
