Description

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive product delivery within a Scrum framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog refinement, technical demos, and retrospectives.
• Elicit and define business and technical epics, features, and user stories using Jira.
• Lead remediation efforts and remove technical impediments to keep the team moving.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to define requirements.
• Create and maintain release burn downs, velocity projections, and project forecasts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of working experience in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, including writing stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Experience with ETL processes and data modeling (Facts & Dimensions).
• Expertise in using Jira for backlog management and story definition.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to document and map processes using flowcharts in Visio.
• Experience identifying and handling PII and SOX compliance elements in source data.
