You will facilitate agile processes and lead teams to deliver high-quality software projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track and remove impediments to maintain team velocity.
• Manage the backlog and facilitate effective task estimation and planning.
• Apply Scrum theory, rules, and practices to ensure cohesive team performance.
• Monitor progress using burndown metrics, velocities, and other tracking tools.
• Resolve conflicts and facilitate communication across all levels of the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading projects or agile teams.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
• Experience with Agile techniques including User Stories, Continuous Integration, and quality checks.
• Proficiency in Jira or similar tools for managing sprints and user stories.
• Knowledge of Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Understanding of 5S and waste elimination principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Visio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• High emotional intelligence and proficiency in conflict resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile software development environments.
