Key Responsibilities:
Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, practices, and delivery commitments.
Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Drive SAFe Program Increment (PI) Planning and support ART-level activities including ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
Collaborate with Product Owners, RTEs, and Solution Architects to align team efforts with business priorities.
Proactively identify, track, and resolve team-level and cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
Provide Agile coaching to teams to improve Agile maturity, performance, and delivery velocity.
Utilize Jira or equivalent Agile tools to manage team boards, track progress, and provide insightful reporting and metrics.
Create and maintain Agile dashboards and performance metrics to ensure visibility and transparency.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
10–12 years of overall IT experience, including 3–5 years in a Scrum Master role.
Proven experience delivering in SAFe Agile environments.
Strong technical background with hands-on exposure to Oracle (PL/SQL, Oracle Forms) and IBM Mainframe (CA7, Endeavor).
Demonstrated success in managing Agile teams and working in SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent is required.
Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and the full software development lifecycle.
Proficiency in Jira, Rally, or other Agile project management tools.
Prior hands-on development experience and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud, and DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of QA processes and testing life cycle.
Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience coordinating across geographically distributed teams.
Exposure to Delphi and .NET technologies is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Experience working in hybrid and remote team environments
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne
