Description

Lead agile delivery for software development teams within the life insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of 15-20 members across multiple geographies.
• Gather and document requirements using Jira or similar online tools.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and manage all scrum artifacts including user stories, backlog refinement, and the definition of done.
• Coordinate directly with business stakeholders, developers, tech leads, and leadership.
• Proactively manage tasks and resolve conflicts to maintain team velocity.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience managing large, distributed teams.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
• Deep knowledge of life insurance industry projects and clients.
• Strong proficiency in Scrum techniques and agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira for requirement gathering and documentation.
• Foundational understanding of SQL, AWS Cloud, and databases.
• Ability to lead through servant leadership and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
