Description

You will lead large, geographically distributed teams through the software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of 15-20 members across multiple geographies.
• Facilitate Scrum techniques and maintain artifacts including user stories, backlog refinement, and definition of done.
• Gather and document requirements within Jira or similar online tools.
• Coordinate closely with business stakeholders, developers, tech leads, and leadership.
• Drive task management and proactive problem-solving to resolve conflicts within the team.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience managing large software development teams.
• Deep expertise in Scrum frameworks and Agile processes.
• Proficiency with Jira for requirement documentation and task tracking.
• Strong servant leadership and communication skills.
• Foundational understanding of SQL and databases.
• Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud environments.
• Proven ability in organizational management and conflict resolution.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
