Description

You will lead multiple concurrent software automation projects while facilitating Agile ceremonies within a hybrid framework.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices to drive team performance.
• Manage dependencies and track progress by collaborating with third-party developers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure compliant RPA implementations.
• Engage with DevOps teams to align software delivery and infrastructure integration.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint to manage workflows, documentation, and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in large enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Expertise using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint for project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
• Ability to support governance board activities and federated team operations.
