Description

You will guide agile teams to ensure successful implementations of initiatives within a multi-year transformation roadmap.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor team members to improve Agile practices and delivery efficiency.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and processes to maintain team momentum and clarity.
• Ensure solutions are accepted by stakeholders within fixed timelines and iteration goals.
• Contribute to PI Planning and Quarterly Planning events to align team output with strategic objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Iteration Master.
• Hands-on experience with both Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency with Atlassian products, specifically Jira Software and Confluence.
• Experience in software development and project management contexts.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills at all levels.
• Experience delivering hands-on Agile training.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
