Description

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex ITSM programs on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to define success metrics, delivery priorities, and strategic outcomes.
• Support portfolio-level planning, dependency management, and visibility into project health, risks, and outcomes.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient delivery aligned with enterprise standards.
• Manage risks, issues, and impediments, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Technical Project/Program Management.
• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs, such as cloud transformation or network modernization.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience working with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Ability to create dashboard reports and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience influencing and partnering with senior leadership.
• Any Graduate education.
