job responsibilities include:
Enhancing process efficiency by facilitating the implementation of agile practices and continuously improving workflows.
Empowering team members through "Train the Trainer" sessions, encouraging knowledge sharing and self-improvement.
Facilitating key agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Managing and prioritizing the feature and story backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Leading release planning and Program Increment (PI) planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Coaching and mentoring team members on agile principles and practices, fostering a servant leadership mindset.
Analyzing and troubleshooting impediments, resolving issues to ensure teams stay on track and meet sprint goals.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders, managers, and team members across global locations.
Using Jira to track and report progress, generate actionable insights, and ensure accurate project status updates.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in technology and working in an Agile environment.
Expertise in Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables, with proven hands-on experience in leading agile practices.
Advanced proficiency in Jira, with strong experience in pulling reports and using it for tracking and managing project progress
