Description

You will facilitate agile processes and support the development team in delivering high-quality increments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Grooming, and Release Planning.
• Support the Product Owner in prioritizing user stories for upcoming Sprints and releases.
• Ensure user stories have sufficient clarity for inclusion in the Sprint backlog.
• Remove obstacles and impediments to maintain team velocity.
• Guide the team toward higher levels of Scrum maturity and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with Sprint Planning.
• Proficiency in managing Scrum ceremonies and workflows.
• Ability to assist Product Owners with backlog prioritization.
• Experience in impediment removal and team coaching.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer satisfaction metrics.
