Description

You will manage complex projects and programs across 2-3 cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, artifacts, and best practices.
• Monitor sprint progress and track key sprint metrics.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through weekly and monthly reporting cadences.
• Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple teams within a complex program structure.
• Strong ability to report program status and risk mitigation to executive stakeholders.
• Scrum Master or PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Program Management certification.
