Description

·        7+ years of experience

·        Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks

Technical Business Analyst

·        Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
·        Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
·        Work with product managers, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
·        Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and client experience improvements.
·        Support solution design discussions and evaluate impacts across applications, systems, and integrations.
·        Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure solution accuracy.
·        Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
·        Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and implementation challenges and provide mitigation recommendations.
·        Ensure compliance with governance, security, operational, and regulatory requirements.
·        Support production implementation, issue triage, and post-launch validation.

SCRUM Master

·        Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
·        Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaling standards and best practices
·        Support delivery teams in providing consistent business value and quality outcomes
