Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery velocity within technical infrastructure and security-focused engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, demos, and backlog grooming.
• Manage and customize Jira boards and Kanban workflows for task accuracy and delivery visibility.
• Remove blockers and act as a liaison between engineering teams, product owners, and leadership.
• Support infrastructure and security initiatives involving KMS, HSMs, and key lifecycle management.
• Provide Agile metrics including velocity tracking, burn-down charts, and workflow analytics.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a focus on Kanban and Agile Coaching.
• Advanced Jira expertise, including complex workflows, dashboards, and automation.
• Experience delivering projects in Azure and AWS environments.
• Technical background in infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of security stacks: HSMs, Identity Management, Secrets Vaults, PAM, and encryption protocols.
• Proven ability to train and mentor Agile teams.
• Strong facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or SAFe Agile certification.
• Experience managing large-scale Agile transformations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
