You will integrate agile facilitation with technical automation and delivery management for 1-2 teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate story sizing, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Analyze delivery patterns and cascade impacts across parallel workstreams.
• Design and implement Python automation solutions to streamline business processes.
• Develop and maintain advanced reporting dashboards showing delivery health and risk.
• Mentor teams on agile practices and automation capabilities.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python for business process automation and data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow design and integration.
• Expertise in Jira or Azure DevOps for agile project management.
• Experience creating delivery dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree.
